Summer Reading Program

Join us for our Summer Reading Program! Reading logs open May 23, and starting May 1st kids may sign up at any time during the summer.

How It Works

  • Kids can download a reading log or pick one up at the library. (starting may 1st)
  • Reading logs must be turned in in person.
  • Each time a log is turned in, the reader will receive a small prize.
  • Every completed log is entered into a grand prize drawing based on age group:
    • Ages 1–5
    • Ages 6–10
    • Ages 11–15
  • Each age group will have its own grand prize winner.

Programs & Dates

  • First Program: Tuesday, June 3
  • Reading logs start May 23
  • Weekly Programs: Every Wednesday at 1:00 PM
  • Grand Finale: Saturday, August 1 at 1:00 PM
(Grand prize drawings will take place at the finale.)

Whether your child reads every day or just gets started, every page counts.  Get ready for a summer full of stories, fun, and prizes!
